Registration:

There is a $50 (non-refundable)
registration fee to enroll your child for care.

Hours of Operation:

6:30 AM through 5:30 PM(10 1/2 hours of care)


Rates:

(6 wks - 2 years old) : $240 per week

Children: 2 - 3 years old: $200 per week

Children: 4-5 years old: $175 per week

*Rates include all meals/formula and snacks

6:00 ........ Arrivals/ educational video
8:00 ........ Centers/Reading
9:00 ........ AM Snack/Potty
9:45 ........ Curriculum/Outdoor play
11:30 ........ Lunch/potty/nap
2:00 ......... Free play/potty
2:45 ........ PM meal/arts & crafts
3:30 ........ Outdoor play
4:00 ........ Music/dance/potty
4:30 ........ Clean-up/educational video
5:30 ........ Dismissal

Food program visits: Am snack 9-9:15
Lunch 11:45-12:15 Dinner 2:45-3:15
Forms:

Please complete the following:

* FFCC Contract

* Health inventory form
(completed and signed by both parent and doctor)

* A copy of most recent immunization record

* A Parents Guide to Regulated Child Care

* Emergency form

* Medication form (if needed)

* Photo Release Form and Field Trip Consent Form

* Schedule an appointment for an interview
